- We use it to reply to you and to prepare for our conversation.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
- This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.
- You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data at any time.
Who we are
This website is run by Vulca Labs ("we", "us"). We decide how the information described here is used. For any question about this policy or your data, email info@vulcalabs.com.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form: your name, work email, company (if you give it), industry and your message. We use these to read your request and reply to you.
When you book a call: the booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. It collects your name, email, the answers you give to the booking questions, the time you choose and your time zone. We use these to schedule the call and prepare for it.
When you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.
Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.
Please don't include health information about patients or anyone else in the contact form or booking questions. We don't need it to reply to you.
Cookies
Our own pages don't set cookies. The booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by Cal.com and may use cookies it needs to work. We don't use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies.
Our legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on:
- Taking steps at your request before a possible contract, when you contact us or book a call.
- Our legitimate interest in running a secure website and replying to messages sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and booking details for as long as we need them to reply to you and, if we work together, for as long as that relationship lasts. If we don't work together, we delete them within 24 months of our last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Our server doesn't keep a copy of contact form messages once they have been delivered to our email. If a delivery fails, a technical record of that attempt is kept so we can fix the problem and still reply to you.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
